Product Description:
This product is single component,neutral cure silicone sealant;toughness,elasticity good,easy to use,fast curing,has excellent weather resistance to aging;on a variety of building materials with good adhesion properties.
Basic Purposes:
A variety of glass,aluminum windows and doors ,plastic doors and windows caulk seal;all kinds of interior filling density seal;steel structure engineering sealing;many other construction and industrial uses.
Construction Guide:
Must use a solvent such as toluene or acetone,at the interface clean and keep dry.Construction of application of sealant to completely fill the joints to ensure that both sides of bonding.They needs to protect the side labeled tape,but not touch the tape will be the construction surface.The plastic is not cured prior to trimming immediately in order to achieve a beautiful look.
Use Restrictions:
The strains of acid curing,concrete marble,coated glass,copper,lead,zinc and other materials have some resistance;not wet the surface of the works;is not appropriate for all oil or exudate on the surface; not suitable for dense unventilated construction sites;substrate surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃ not construction.
Note:
Sealant construction site,special attention should maintain good ventilation;placed where children can not reach in order to avoid eating;If accidental eyes contact with the uncured adhesive,should be cleaned with plenty water and consult a doctor.
Shelf Life:
Storage period:Maintain the original sealed condition stored in the cool and dry place below 27℃.The storage period is 12 months.
